The Ministry of Transportation oversees roads, railways, ports, and later a separate agency was established to supervise and regulate land and maritime transport and issue licenses.
Challenge
The Ministry's primary goal was to enhance safety, and manually managing the reporting process was deemed impractical due to the potential for human error causing data loss and missing information. Therefore, there was a requirement for an integrated solution system to report incidents and accidents.
Solution
enspct.’s team, along with the Ministry, worked on implementing a unique incidence reporting tool that was used all over different KSA districts. enspct. proved its excellence by being the best tool in collecting any road traffic crash data, locating hazardous road sections, identifying risk factors, developing accurate diagnosis and remedial measures, and evaluating the effectiveness of road safety programs.
